Again, I’m disappointed but not surprised by the current Supreme Court and their decision to exempt Hobby Lobby from the Obamacare contraception mandate. Corporations are people, but women are not, apparently:

Writing for the majority, Justice Samuel Alito wrote that the contraception rule “would put these merchants to a difficult choice: either give up the right to seek judicial protection of their religious liberty or forgo the benefits, available to their competitors, of operating as corporations.”

Right. So minimum-wage female employees have to find some other way of affording expensive birth control in order to keep working, lest they lose their jobs or dare to use all six weeks of their maternity leave.
