This is the result of a Sunday afternoon brewing with Mr. Scout. In this photo it doesn’t look like much, but by Tuesday afternoon there was 2″ of foam at the top of the carboy and the floater valve was dancing a fermentation jig. I’ll give it two weeks and then it’s time to add sugar and bottle!
